Product Description

The Rescue Tool starts with a rounded belt cutter that can be used to cut through seatbelts safely, along with a window breaker that busts through windshields and a glass disc saw that makes short work of shatterproof glass. With the cutting tools in hand, rescuers can quickly free someone trapped in a wrecked car.

The Rescue Tool also includes a locking blade and extra-strong screwdriver, which you can use to open creates. Both tools are fixed in position when open thanks to the liner lock mechanism. Other mini-tools include a wire stripper, a reamer with a punch, tweezers, and a toothpick.

Even the look of the Rescue Tool is original, with a sleek finish that includes the familiar Victorinox logo on the side. The Rescue Tool comes with a nylon case and a wide belt loop that fits a range of special-purpose belts.

Easiness of a Tool

In addition, Victorinox made it easy to replace the window breaker and disc saw tool, as both are subject to particular wear and tear when used. All quick-access tools are glove-friendly and are suitable for both right-and left-handed users. About Victorinox

In 1884, Swiss cutler Karl Elsener set up shop in Ibach-Schwyz, installing a waterwheel in Tobelbach Brook to run his grinding and polishing machines. Thus began what would become the international brand name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria, for Elsener’s mother, and “inox,” or stainless steel. Today, Victorinox produces watches, luggage, clothing, and, famously, Swiss Army Knives.

The original product dates to 1897, when Elsener patented the Swiss Officer’s and Sports Knife he supplied to the Swiss Army. Following World War II, American servicemen and women shopping in PX stores shortened the name to Swiss Army Knife, which lives on in English-speaking countries around the world and has become a metaphor for versatility.

The Rescue Tool includes a rounded belt cutter, a window breaker, and a glass disc saw.
